Mileage
requirements for Company Teams
Bonus Program - 4 week Periods
· 18,000 but less than 19,000 -
you earn $0.01 per mile
· 19,001 but less than 20,000 -
you earn $0.02 per mile
· 20,001 but less than 21,000 -
you earn $0.03 per mile
· 21,001 or more - you earn an
extra $0.04 per mile
New Company Teams Bonus Dollars come IN ADDITION to
your Venture Logistics' PTO2GO quarterly bonus.
When combined, Venture Logistics company team drivers can
earn up to $0.50 a mile!!
The earnings per mile is applied to all pay miles
when obtaining the different thresholds. Payment for each 4-week period will
be 2 weeks following each period.
Venture Logistics' quarterly bonus program - PTO2GO will also
be paid on 13 week periods.
Company teams must be employed at time of payment.
Does not apply
to teams operating dedicated FEDEX or teams that receive zone pay.
