Spotters and Switchers play a major role at our Lafayette, Indiana operations. Venture Logistics, Inc. is “the” carrier for a major automotive manufacturer. There, we share a 65,000 square foot consolidation center.

In this position, Spotters and Switchers are moving tractors between the plant and the yard in preparation for our Professional OTR Drivers to make numerous deliveries. It is also a position in which Class - A CDL drivers build experience and time with their license.

Spotter and Switchers receive Hourly pay, Overtime pay, Monthly and Annual Bonuses.
