0-200 Miles = $1.00/mile + FSC
201-400 Miles = $.95/mile + FSC
401-600 miles = $.90/mile + FSC
601 or more miles = $.86/mile + FSC
Owner/Operator team compensation at ninety cents per mile ($.90/mile) + FSC
