Some of the benefits of utilizing our reverse logistics services include:

A central location in Indianapolis, IN, with other Venture Logistics terminals across the United States. Our Indiana location puts us within 600 miles of a great majority of the US population via major US interstate highways.

Flexibility of our warehouse foot print. Most reverse logistics projects cover a large foot print at the start of the project and flex down. Venture Warehouse & Distribution has the infrastructure to properly execute and maximize our customers’ efficiencies from start to finish.

Thinking Green from inbounds to the completion of every outbound is always front of mind with our team.

A professional, secured facility. Although the product in a rework state may not be 100% resellable at the time, our reverse logistics team understands that these are still critical assets for you and are treated accordingly.

See below how Venture Warehouse & Distribution reverse logistics can work for you.

Reverse Logistics Examples
We understand the urgency when a customer is working with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. We respect and follow the protocols involved. Our central US location in Indianapolis has been an attractive alternative to assist manufacturers and importers with asset recovery when dealing with recalls, asset reworks and reverse logistics procedures.

A Chinese office chair manufacturer distributed 110,000 faulty metal bases to a national office super store chain. The faulty bases were shipped from individual office stores and regional DC’s back to Venture Warehouse & Distribution in Indianapolis. New bases were received via ocean containers. The team replaced all faulty bases and arranged for environmental friendly recycle of the faulty bases. Chairs were then re-packaged and then
re-distributed the chairs back to stores.

A large consumer electronic aftermarket accessory supplier needed to replace the assembly directions in 80,000 units of product. Venture Warehouse & Distribution received and accounted for the product upon arrival via ocean container then reworked the product with correct assembly instructions. The reworked product was then distributed to proper channels as advised.
